The Threaded Nest Boutique will accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and receipt.

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back. Once your item has been received, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.
We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
